Bacillus Coagulans
Usage: 10-50 g per treated ton. Contact technical support for help with dosages.
Storage: Invivo Bacillus coagulans should not be stored in direct sunlight or at temperatures in excess of 120 °F. Please refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for proper handling procedures.
Features:
It has very high acid resistance and bile salt tolerance and thus has very high gut stability.
Good exopolysaccharide producers help in attachment and adhesion to the gut epithelial cells of the animals.
Quality enzyme producers, e.g., protease, amylase, phytase, lipase, xylanase, and cellulase. These enzymes help improve the digestion of nutrients from the gut.
It produces metabolites, bacteriocins, and especially a very high quantity of organic acids, which inhibit pathogenic bacteria like E. coli, Salmonella, and S. aureus.

Bacillus subtilis
Usage: Direct-Fed Microbial, Aquaculture, Pet Health and Nutrition, Wastewater, Ponds and Lake Cleaning.
Performance characteristics: The PH range is 4.5–8.5. Temperature range: 10–45 °C (optimal near 37°). Enzymes produced: Protease (Strong), Xylanase (Strong), Amylase (Average), Pectinase (Strong), as well as Cellulase (Average), Lipase (Average), Phytase (Average), Uricase (Average), Nitrate reductase (Average), Urease (Low).
Features:
Importantly, it is beneficial for gut health and effective in boosting immune activity. Secondly, it also protects the body from pathogens and improves gut health.
Accordingly, B. subtilis can grow in minimal media containing only essential salts and carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorous sources.
Additionally, it uses a range of regulatory mechanisms to control the expression of genes for both biosynthetic and decretive pathways. Subsequently, remodelling of a thick wall that surrounds the bacterial cell is required for its growth and division.
Furthermore, it is an efficient tool for enzyme production. Moreover, Bacillus subtilis produces 60% of the commercially available enzymes.
Apart from this, it plays a significant role in producing food (fermented products, flavour enhancers, sweeteners, and animal feed additives), household detergents, antibiotics, and vitamins.
Moreover, in the development of the vaccine, it serves as a model organism for developing spermicides, chemical agents that kill spores (see section sporulation).

The probiotic strain of B. amyloliquefaciens can modulate the cecal microbiota of broilers similar to chlortetracycline.
The gram-positive strain Bacillus amyloliquefaciens is a facultative anaerobic bacterium with the ability to secrete proteases, lipases, and amylases, such as pectinase glucanase cellulase, to enhance digestive efficiency.
It is resistant to high temperatures, high pressure, and acidic and alkaline conditions.
The intestinal population of B. amyloliquefaciens increases the average daily weight gain of broiler chicken in a linear fashion.
Growth parameters increased directly upon the addition of B. amyloliquefaciens to the basal diet
Bacillus amyloliquefaciens is a Gram-positive motile spore-forming rod; aerobic; growth at a wide Bacillus amyloliquefaciens pH range 5.5-8.5; high salt tolerance up to 3%; temperature range 10-50°C.
In agriculture, aquaculture, and hydroponics, B. amyloliquefaciens is considered a root-colonizing bio-control bacterium and is used to fight some plant root pathogens.
